The demands on managers in upper and middle management are complex and diverse. At the dynamic interface between strategic objectives and operational implementation, conscious, effective leadership plays a central role. Our Management Assessments provide a well-founded and practical assessment of managers at division and department head level, as well as talents with corresponding development potential. The result of each Management Assessment is rounded off by means of an approximately 9 to 12-page assessment report based on our holistic AVALES competence model and development-oriented feedback discussions.
