My Expertise

For over 27 years, I have held various leadership positions within the field of HR management consulting. My responsibilities have included the development of consulting solutions, the expansion into new markets—facilitating the establishment of alternative sales channels—as well as the acquisition and integration of brands into existing consulting portfolios. Prior to joining AVALES, I served as Managing Director for the DACH region at the global market leader in Career Transition and Leadership Development. Since January 1, 2023, I have been active as Managing Director and Partner at Avales Wilhelm AG.

My consulting focus

Responsible for the operational management of Avales Wilhelm AG, including the support and further development of my team within the scope of our consulting activities
Many years of experience as a change agent in management consulting and executive development with corresponding training and further education
Support and guidance of C-level personalities in determining their position and professional reorientation
Business coach and sparring partner for leadership issues and change processes

My passions

In winter, I enjoy being on a ski slope or on a great snowshoe trail in the Bernese Oberland. In summer, you can occasionally find me on the golf course, or I go on extensive mountain hikes together with my wife Marianne and our dog Giò. The Saanenland in the Bernese Oberland is our second home and an important place of strength for me to recharge my batteries. In addition to hiking and playing golf, I enjoy listening to music and am a passionate amateur cook. Listening to music and cooking in particular promote my sense of creativity and give me a good balance to my professional life.
