Following my studies in International Affairs and Governance at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), I led and significantly advanced the talent management division of an international industrial group. This was followed by further professional development in Human Resources Management, talent assessments, and coaching.
Through my experience as a Senior Internal Auditor, I have developed a profound understanding of corporate structures and operations. I possess a deep appreciation for cross-cultural work environments and an exceptional ability to grasp individual motivations.
