After more than 30 years in professional life—including over 15 years in consultancy—I reached a point of reflection, prompting me to re-evaluate my career path. In 2014, I moved into the HR department of an international insurer, marking the beginning of an exciting journey. I completed my first coaching certification in 2015, which laid the foundation for my true calling. Numerous other certifications followed.
In 2018, I began working as a career coach for the global market leader in career transition and was honored as “Coach of the Year” in 2020. As one of the first globally certified coaches for Positive Intelligence, I have also served as a mental and resilience coach since 2020. Through this program, I facilitate sustainable transformation, particularly within leadership development. Since then, I have been advising and coaching individuals through processes of change, inspiring them to rediscover their values and break through personal blockages.
