As a Global Assessment Specialist, I have led assessment projects aimed at supporting and objectifying decision-making within recruitment and talent management processes using psychometric diagnostic data. Furthermore, by implementing complex data management systems, I have been able to derive key strategic insights from this data for long-term human resources management.
Through leading group and individual assessments across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the USA, I have continuously expanded my international expertise and cross-cultural competence. As a career coach, I advise individuals of various ages and seniority levels during transition processes. I have been serving as a Senior Consultant at AVALES AG since August 1, 2024.
