My Competencies:

I have been working in various leadership roles in HR consulting for over 27 years. In my previous responsibilities, I have been involved in the development of consulting solutions, exploring new markets, and expanding alternative sales channels, as well as the acquisition and integration of brands into an existing consulting portfolio. Before joining AVALES, I was responsible as Managing Director for the worldwide market leader in Career Transition and Leadership Development for the DACH region. Since January 1st, 2023, I have been serving as CEO and shareholder at Avales Wilhelm AG.

My Areas of Consulting Expertise:

• Responsible for the operational management of Avales Wilhelm AG and therefore, supporting and developing my team in our consulting activities
• Long-standing experience as a change agent in corporate consulting and leadership development with corresponding education and training
• Support and accompaniment of C-level personalities in career assessment and reorientation
• Corporate coach and sparring partner for leadership and change management issues

My passions

In the winter, I enjoy skiing or snowshoeing on a great trail in the Berner Oberland. In the summer, you can occasionally find me on the golf course or embarking on a long mountain hike with my wife Marianne and our dog Giò. The Saanenland in the Berner Oberland is our second home and an important source of power for me to recharge my batteries. In addition to hiking and playing golf, I enjoy listening to music and am a passionate hobby chef. Listening to music and cooking enhance my sense of creativity and provide a good balance to my professional life.
