The proprietary AVALES competence model offers a holistic basis for describing and evaluating competencies at all hierarchical levels and for different roles. With four clusters, eight competencies and clearly defined behavioral indicators in a bipolar system, it creates transparency and commitment. The four-level scale without a neutral center enables clear statements for clients and candidates. Thanks to its scientific basis and specific extensions – for example for top management or sales – the model sets new standards in competence diagnostics.
