My skills and experience

I am a highly qualified and experienced professional with extensive expertise in industrial psychology, business economics and HR. My extensive experience includes conducting assessments, development centers and coaching. In my previous role as a specialist and manager in the financial industry, I was responsible for managing various recruitment, development and promotional assessments. After completing an MBA and an Executive MBA, I successfully managed several strategic projects, including the establishment of a central training unit for a major Swiss bank in the USA. At Wilhelm AG, my core focus is on assessments.

My consulting focus

My consulting expertise includes selection and development assessments, coaching for position assessments, leadership development and outplacements. I also provide strategic HR consulting and management audits.

My passions

I am passionate about understanding and developing people, regardless of their background, age, nationality, and hierarchy. In my personal life, I am involved with the Study Foundation for Highly Gifted Students and Job Caddie, an organization that supports young adults in their professional development.

In my leisure time, I enjoy attending art exhibitions and classical concerts, exploring new wines, playing chess, traveling and hiking in beautiful mountain ranges.
