1. What prompted you to work as a freelancer for AVALES Wilhelm AG?
I met Andreas approximately 6 years ago and collaborated closely with him. Besides our shared successes, I came to appreciate his exceptional expertise and passion for the human element that unites us. Andreas's open demeanor, constructive feedback, and continuous support not only contributed to our successful collaboration but also fostered my personal and professional growth.
Apart from my connection to Andreas, the fascinating topics addressed by AVALES resonate with me. Especially the theme of assessments, which is a new professional territory for me, makes the working environment at AVALES extremely interesting and challenging. I look forward to developing my skills further and growing with the team to tackle new challenges.
2. What connects you to the HR consulting industry?
After a long career in IT, I found my way into the L&D department of a significant insurance company. I have always had a passion for personal development, and lifelong learning is not just my motto but also my driving force. During my time in the L&D department, I gained valuable insights into leadership and successfully implemented targeted learning content in an innovative learning environment.
These experiences motivated me to pursue my first coaching certification in 2016, marking the beginning of a fascinating journey. Since then, I have been advising and coaching individuals in change processes, helping them discover their full potential and achieve peak performance to reach their development goals.
Based on my unconventional journey, I aim to inspire and motivate others to rediscover their values and personality. I particularly assist people in career realignment, considering the significant changes in the working world. As a mental coach, I promote resilience and contribute to achieving sustainable transformations in leadership development and outplacement.
3. How would you describe the key skills and experiences you aim to bring to your role at AVALES Wilhelm AG?
I believe I bring a diverse range of experiences and skills. For my role at AVALES Wilhelm AG, I especially want to contribute my knowledge as a mental coach and my extensive toolbox of tools and best practices for individuals in transition. Additionally, I am a very structured person, and I find it crucial not to lose sight of the big picture in these change processes but to maintain a clear focus.
4. How would you characterize yourself?
My clients often describe me as very empathetic, professional, and structured. I am an open-minded woman who enjoys connecting with people and building bridges. I like to challenge the status quo, and my outlook is usually optimistic. My life motto so far: just do it!
5. Where can you be found in your free time?
In my free time, I love to travel (preferably to warm and waterfront destinations) or spend time with friends and family. Good food and inspiring conversations recharge my energy, as well as engaging in sports, enjoying movies, or simply taking a moment to be present.
